ALOHA  2020

MOVING INTO THE FUTURE...OR AT LEAST TO A TROPICAL ISLAND!

I know I am not the only one who has been dreaming about getting out of town, onto a plane or into another setting.

We each have our reasons, but for me, the shifts we have seen in 2020 motivated me to keep my eyes open for creative options for expansion rather than contraction and exploration rather than comfort.

If luck is in fact the meeting of opportunity and preparedness or if we believe in the necessity of opening the door when the universe knocks, a single phone call was my doorway and invitation. My husband and I have been offered a house-sitting job on the island of Oahu. I will be setting up my Hawaiian studio and changing the way I work for the next several months. We have traveled there before. My daughter is attending college there.

But still, I am a bit scared. Change is hard but constant.
